Privacy Policy.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This website is deliberately built to collect as little personal data as possible: it sets no cookies, loads all fonts and assets from our own server, and uses only cookieless, anonymized analytics.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (“Vercel”). When you visit this website, Vercel automatically processes technical access data (in particular your IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system and the requested resource) in server log files. This processing is necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely and is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log data is not merged with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a short period.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail (e.g. hello@beeta.one or communication@beeta.one), the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and the content of your message) will be processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Web analytics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics (provided by Vercel Inc., see section 2) to understand how visitors use this website. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design: it sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device. Page views are attributed using a temporary hash that cannot be linked to you across websites or beyond a single day, and all reports are aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify individual visitors.

Because no cookies or device identifiers are used and the data is anonymized, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) by contacting us at hello@beeta.one; content-blocking browser extensions also prevent the analytics script from loading.

5. Cookies & fonts

This website sets no cookies. All fonts are self-hosted; no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party font services is established.

6. External links

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. LinkedIn). When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective operator applies. We have no influence on the data processing of external providers.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
