What exactly does Visionar.ai offer?
Three things, delivered by one team. First, AI strategy & adoption: we audit your stack and workflows, select the right tools, handle compliance and governance, and make adoption stick across your team. Second, AI in your product: fit assessment, integration architecture and validation for AI features your customers actually use. Third, build & ship: from vibe-code audits to production-ready MVPs and custom software.
The thread through all of it: we've built and shipped AI ourselves, so you get honest recommendations and working software — not slideware.
Which AI tools and platforms do you have hands-on experience with?
A broad, constantly curated range — workplace AI platforms like Langdock and Notion AI; the Claude family including Claude Code for agentic software development; the OpenAI ecosystem; Google Gemini; Mistral; workflow builders like n8n, Make and Zapier; and specialised tools like Clay for go-to-market teams.
We are deliberately tool-agnostic: we recommend what fits your stack, your data governance and your budget — not what's trending.
Who do you work with?
Startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and departments or project teams inside larger organisations. Our speciality is giving small teams the striking power of a big organisation: strategy, product, engineering and operations from one lean team — tailored to your needs, without the overhead.

Which AI tools should my team use?
It depends on your existing stack, your processes and your data governance needs. We audit your current state and recommend tools that integrate with how you already work — not generic picks. That's exactly what the one-day Discovery Workshop is for.
How do I integrate AI into my product?
We start with a fit assessment, then design the integration architecture and a validation strategy. AI isn't the right answer for every product — and we'll tell you that honestly before you spend serious budget.
What is a vibe code assessment?
A review of AI-generated or rapidly prototyped code to determine production readiness — security, architecture, scalability and test coverage — followed by a concrete remediation plan. Ideal if you've prototyped fast with AI tools and now need to know what it takes to ship safely.
Can you fix my vibe code and turn it into a production app?
Yes — that's one of our core specialties. Vibe coding gets you to a working prototype fast, but prototypes hide debt: security holes, missing tests, unscalable architecture, no deployment story. We start with a vibe-code audit that maps exactly what's solid and what isn't, then harden, refactor or rebuild the critical parts and take the product to production — CI/CD, monitoring and operations included.

Do you help with Langdock, Notion AI or other workplace AI rollouts?
Yes. We plan and run workplace AI rollouts end to end: licence and tool decisions (Langdock, Notion AI, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise and others), governance and GDPR setup, prompt libraries and custom agents, integration into your existing tools — and the training that turns access into actual daily usage.
What's the right AI tool for my sales team?
That depends on your funnel and your CRM, not on the hype cycle. For prospecting and enrichment we often work with Clay; for outreach and routine automation with n8n or Make connected to your CRM; for proposals, call prep and account research with assistants like Claude or ChatGPT with proper data access. In a short audit we map your sales workflow and recommend the smallest set of tools with the biggest measurable effect.
Do I actually need AI in my product or offering?
Maybe not — and we'll tell you. AI is a means, not a goal: if a rules engine, better UX or a simpler process beats a model, you'll hear exactly that from us. Our fit assessment answers the question with evidence: where AI creates measurable value in your offering, what it costs, and what the no-AI alternative looks like. Honesty here is cheaper than a failed AI project.
Do you also build complete products and MVPs?
Yes. We turn prototypes into scalable products and build MVPs from scratch — architecture, implementation, deployment and the operational setup around it. We stay until it runs in production, and beyond if you want us to.
How fast can we start?
A one-day Discovery Workshop delivers a concrete strategic roadmap. From there we continue as ongoing consultancy or a dedicated delivery engagement — usually within days, not months.
How do you handle data protection and compliance?
We're based in Berlin and work GDPR-first: tool selection always includes data-residency and governance criteria, and compliance is part of every adoption project — not an afterthought. We help you choose setups (EU hosting, enterprise agreements, private deployments) that your DPO can sign off on.
What does working with you look like?
Lean and senior. You work directly with the founders — no handoff to a junior bench. Engagements typically start with the workshop, then move into a clearly scoped consultancy or delivery track with weekly check-ins and shippable increments. You always know what we are doing, why — and what it costs.
